NS Weisrock Construction brings new ideas to professional environments with this 30 m² wooden modular unit. Made up of two modules, it features sanitary facilities, a break kitchen, and an outdoor terrace, offering a convenient and comfortable space for meetings and casual interactions.

A controlled off-site manufacturing process

Origin and selection of wood

Timber sourced from PEFC certified forests is processed at NS Weisrock’s internal sawmill. This guarantees a durable, environmentally responsible, and fully traceable material.

Preparation and cutting of the modules

Frame parts and panels are cut on precision digital machines, enabling exact millimetre-level production. The modules are prefabricated in-house, with complete installation of electrical, sanitary, and plumbing systems.

Assembly in the workshop

Every module is built in a controlled environment, with thermal and acoustic insulation, joinery, sanitary installations, and a kitchen. Interior and exterior finishes are completed before delivery, allowing for fast on-site assembly.

QC and shipment

Before delivery, each module undergoes a thorough inspection to verify strength, watertightness, and compliance with the plans. Transport and on-site assembly are quick, reducing construction time and disruptions.
